Click the Add button for each class you wish to enter. You will see these appear in your shopping cart on the left. When you have selected all the classes you want for the Horse and Rider, click on the 'Show My entries' button in the shopping cart and review your entry. If you are happy with your entries click on 'Complete Entry' and fill in all the required fields and click 'Confirm Entry' |

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or put forward any event if it is found expedient to do so and to vary the order and composition of this schedule to suit the conditions of the day including limiting entries in any class if necessary
- The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry without stating the reason for so doing.
- The Promoters shall not be liable to any claim in respect of damage or accident to any person (whether competitor or onlooker), livestock, vehicle or property howsoever caused in connection with or arising out of this show and it shall be deemed a condition of entry that each competitor or onlooker shall hold the Promoters blameless and that he or she shall be deemed to indemnify the Promoters against legal proceedings, expenses or damages whatsoever arising from accident or any other incident.
- Hard hats to the approved standard must be worn and correctly fastened at all times when mounted. It is recommended that riding hats with BSI kite mark to standard EN1384:1997 or PAS105:1998 and body protectors are worn for jumping.
- Misuse of whips or bad language will lead to disqualification.
- Winners of perpetual trophies will be required to sign a trophy form on the day and pay a £10 deposit. Trophies must be been returned in good and clean condition by the 19th May 2013
- Every effort will be made to allow competitors to enter as many classes as they wish but it is the competitors responsibility to ensure they are able to get to each class they have entered. It will be the judges discretion to allow a late competitor to enter the ring. No refund can be given in the event of an earlier class over running.
- Advanced entry fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled. A Veterinary or doctor certificate will be required should a horse or rider be unfit to compete.
- Cantering and trotting is only allowed in the designated warm up area. No galloping is allowing any where on the show ground.
A Horse/ Pony may only be ridden once in each class.
- All dogs must be kept on a lead.
- We work on the premise that the judges decision is final any objection to be to secretary to be made within 30 minuets of event, together with £10 refundable at the discretion of committee.
- ALL COMPETITORS TAKE PART AT THEIR OWN RISK.
